My good client Angela Grubb  connected me to her client Cindy Fong some time ago.  You may recall my post Estate Skyline where I did some small tasks for Cindy to make her home ready for the market.  Cindy was gracious to employee me in her new home in an effort to revitalize her 80+ year old garage and studio. We honored the historical architectural exterior but took contemporary license to the studio’s interior.  It is a pleasure working with a client whom has a good eye and values modern aesthetics.  The rough timber framing was exposed and some re-sawn fir members added for structural improvement. A polished concrete slab, full kitchen and bath were added to create a comfortable space where one can work or Mom can stay for the weekend.  I’m proud of what we created.   To request more information on the Fong project click here.  Click back to projects.
