Dr. John & Lori Mouratoff’s family was growing and they enlisted me to help remodel their home to better suit their needs. The project came with a new set of challenges--because the house was a classic Montclair Hills home, the crew complained of all steps to the front door!  I remember some of the foundation piers were drilled 16’ for solid embedment.  The project included a large recreation room addition, two bathrooms, a fine kitchen, a window remodel and a large roof-top deck.  It came in handy having a couple of doctors around, as remodels of this size have their fair share of first-aid needs. The Mourtaoff’s took good care of us!  John, Lori and their two boys George & Grayson are enjoying their Montclair home.  Click back to projects.
